Mantra for sarasvati, the goddess of creation. sarasvatī is the flowing movement of creation, expressed in music, sound, speech, all forms of art and expression, intelligence and learning. ”nāda brahma” means the divine, creative power of the universe which manifests as the vibrations of sound.

Mantra for kāli, the supreme goddess(parameśvarī ) the primal creative energy (ādi paraśakti ) and her apperance in all her different forms as pārvatī, sarasvatī , lakṣmi, durga. The seed mantra of kāli - oṃ krīm kālikaye namaḥ – is an instrument of moving from the experience of duality to nonduality, the destruction of all delusion and ignorance. It is a mantra of transformation and dissolution, that can be used for releasing and letting go of anything which is no longer serving you.

translation: we worship the three-eyed one (śiva) whose fragrance (presence) nourishes all beings. like a cucumber is severed from its bondage, may he liberate us from death into immortality.
this verse from the ṛg veda is known as mahāmṛtyuñjaya mantra; the great mantra of conquering death. It is a mantra for healing and for the removal of all fears including the fear of death; of realizing the immortal & infinite nature of our being.
